Bantof X Colors of Ambla.

Bantof (www,bantof.com), Soho’s standout modern European restaurant with a difference, putting creativity and collaboration at the forefront of its vision, has collaborated with young art prodigy – Ambla Klosi –on a new exhibition in the – Bantof X Colors of Ambla.

Destination restaurant, Bantof – a playful name taking inspiration from the experience of flirting and banteringtogether – offers guests an intimate and sophisticated dining experience which encompasses the inclusivity and timeless fun of its local history, with an affinity for creativity and a love of good food and drink.

The remarkable exhibition showcases the extraordinary talent of young artist, Ambla Klosi, who at the age of 10, will captivate guests to Bantof with her fifth ever showcase. Ambla’s youthful perspective brightens up Bantof’s walls, displaying 13 pieces from her collection for diners to enjoy, and purchase should they wish.

Ambla’s art exudes vibrancy and energy, drawing inspiration from her everyday life and her native Albania. At the mere age of 8, she discovered her passion for art, colour, and creativity, resulting in the creation of extraordinary pieces that eloquently express her deep love for the art form.

Bantof offers seasonal menus, created by Michelin-awarded Chef Asimakis Chaniotis. Featuring a sumptuous series of signature dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed in a relaxed and collaborative fashion, the menus match the restaurant’s core values of creativity, flair and indulgence. Created using local seasonal produce, the dishes’ ingredients vary throughout the year to incorporate Mediterranean flavours, with each dish cooked simply and presented beautifully.

Bantof’s revolving art collection is what sets it realms above its competition; more than just a restaurant, it is a creative destination. Guests can find the walls of the restaurant adorned with collections from some of the art world’s most promising rising stars and established names. The regular exhibitions are curated in-house by the restaurant team, which builds further on the collaborative and community feel of the establishment.

The displaying collections rotate regularly so that no two visits to Bantof are ever quite the same. The artist exhibiting at Bantof are new artists, the concept is to give the opportunity to the new artists to express themselves. Ambla Klosi’s Colors of Ambla exhibition will be at Bantof until the end of September.
