Designed by acclaimed Ukrainian hospitality design studio YOD Group, SAMNA’s interiors draw inspiration from the movement and rhythm of the Mediterranean Sea. A sculptural ceiling installation evokes the ripples created by a single drop of water, while bespoke glasswork, natural stone finishes and handcrafted furnishings create a refined, immersive environment. The project has received international recognition, including a Restaurant & Bar Design Award for its ceiling concept, with many bespoke elements crafted by Ukrainian artisans, adding further depth and authenticity to the space. Biodynamic lighting enhances the experience, shifting subtly throughout the day to reflect natural rhythms from daytime dining to evening service.
