Brasserie of Light Partners with Pierre Marcolini for a Luxurious Easter Celebration
This Easter, Brasserie of Light invites guests to indulge in an extraordinary celebration in partnership with the renowned chocolatier Maison Pierre Marcolini. From 10th-30th April, diners can enjoy a specially curated selection of exquisite Easter cocktails and an indulgent dessert, designed to bring the spirit of the season to life with refined flavours and elegant craftsmanship.
Brasserie of Light will offer the showstopping Nest dessert (£14.50) to elevate the festivities. The extravagant creation features a milk chocolate egg with cherry compote made with Pierre Marcolini
78% Madagascar couverture chocolate drops, which are a world-exclusive product that has never been
used before. The dessert will also include two Pierre Marcolini speculoos dark chocolate eggs with a
hazelnut and almond praline, on a nest of kunafah pastry with pistachio, lemon balm and milk chocolate and hazelnut mousse. This exclusive creation promises to be a feast for the senses, combining rich textures and vibrant flavours to delight chocolate lovers and dessert enthusiasts alike.
To complete the celebration, Brasserie of Light presents a trio of limited edition chocolate infused mojito-inspired cocktails, each paired with a handcrafted Pierre Marcolini chocolate heart for a luxurious finishing touch. The Passion Fruit Mojito offers a tropical blend of Crème de Cacao White, Crème de Menthe White, passion fruit syrup, fresh passion fruit, and lime juice, topped with apricot soda, and served with a Pierre Marcolini Passion heart chocolate; a white chocolate ganache with passion fruit. The Raspberry Mojito is a refreshing mix of Crème de Cacao White, Crème de Menthe White, vanilla syrup, crushed raspberries, and lemon juice, finished with a soda top and accompanied by a Pierre Marcolini Framboise dark chocolate heart with raspberry pulp. The Lemon Mojito is a zesty combination of Crème de Menthe White, Crème de Cacao White, vanilla syrup, and lemon juice, topped with soda, and served with a Pierre Marcolini Citron heart chocolate; a white chocolate ganache with lime. Each cocktail is designed to complement the
delicate and complex flavours of Pierre Marcolini’s signature chocolates, offering a unique and immersive Easter experience (cocktails £14 each).
