Guittard Chocolate has been around for almost 150 years. It began in San Francisco in 1868 using traditional French methods. The company is committed to honourable sourcing, crafting the highest quality chocolate, providing the best service and setting new standards for the industry. They have a passion for promoting sustainability of the cocoa growing regions and the wellbeing of cocoa workers. Guittard Chocolate company is giving new meaning to the virtues of chocolate.
With Christmas approaching us at an alarming rate, why not get into the spirit of baking some much loved goodies. A yule log? A chocolate ginger bark? Or maybe a chocolate Bombe? You will be the hit of the party if you turn up with one of these delicious treats! If baking isn’t your thing, why not try something a little different and go for some chocolate martinis? Maybe a spiked hot chocolate! This chocolate is divine and if your anything like me, when you find you’re out of chocolate and craving some badly I end up ransacking the choc chips package. Whoops… However, its never a regret with Guittard. Sorry not sorry.

Guittard has recently launched in London. It comes in many different forms from choc chips, to wafer pouches, baking bars and cocoa powder. It is available at Lakeland, Whole foods, M&S and Ocado. There really is no reason to buy that cheap chocolate on the shelf. Not when you can have quality chocolate at an affordable price. Ideal for the professional chocolatier, cake maker, pastry chef and home baker. It is made up of single origin and blended chocolates, crafted in the centuries-old, small-batch French artisan tradition.
