Madison’s exciting NEW Brunch Menu will get anyone into the NYC swing of things. With genuine food favourites including starters such as Hoisin Duck Bon Bons, Yellowfin Tuna & Octopus Ceviche Tostadas and Smoked Tofu Poke Salad Bowl (VG), followed by mouth-watering mains, including Maple Brioche French Toast, (pulled pork, fried egg, pickles, bourbon BBQ sauce) and Fried Chicken & Waffles, (cornbread waffles, buttermilk chicken, sriracha, maple syrup, fried egg); this is a menu that puts the Yankee into Doodle Dandy.

There’s also a range of unforgettable sides like Buttermilk Caesar Salad, crispy Herby Garlic Fries and a melting Red Leicester Mac ‘n’ Cheese’. One important tip: don’t forget to leave space for one of Madison’s most US of US desserts, Pretzel Pecan Pie, with maple syrup and bourbon clotted cream, Mississippi Mud Pie, with flat white coffee ice cream or Deep-Fried Apple Pie, accompanied by salted caramel ice cream and miso caramel sauce.
