Bufle – London’s First Bubble-Waffle and Cocktail Bar

Hailing from Hong Kong the bubble-waffle is made from light golden pastry and has become a cultural icon. It takes its name from the distinctive bubbles in its texture, and now Bufle has brought the Hong Kong favourite to the heart of Soho!

At Bufle, each one is cooked fresh to order to the traditional recipe and served in a cone topped with different flavour gelato and toppings.

There is also an extensive cocktail menu. The cocktails themselves are equally inspired by the oriental home of the bubble waffle.
