whisky event
As the winter months roll on and we crave the comfort of warming spirits, Young’s and Geronimo Inns will be inviting guests in from the cold to sample and savour the very best whiskies on offer across the estate with a series of exciting events. Whether you’re a confident explorer with the desire for new experiences and a penchant for the experimental, or a finer taster likely to savour a classic single malt after a good meal, Whisky Tide from Young’s and Geronimo allows you to discover the whisky that most matches your personality and palate in an eclectic series of events running from January to March throughout their pubs. From ice carving to cocktail making, through to pairing dinners and butchery masterclasses, all are served up against a backdrop of single malts, whiskies and bourbons from around the globe. There’s something to suit all tastes and passions.

Some of the most renowned brands from across the globe have lent their talents to the line-up, from the more experimental Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Small Batch Four Roses Bourbon, Hudson Bay Manhattan Rye to classic single malts from Scottish friends such as Balvenie, Dalwhinnie and Chivas Regal.Plus, you can be the first to try out the new IPA blend from the Glenfiddich Experimental Series, available exclusively from Young’s and Geronimo. A great dram and the first single malt with an IPA finish – a vibrant whisky full of floral touches, oaky spice and a hint of green leafiness.
