Calling all young artists – Bourlet Children’s Art competition

Do you have a budding young artist amidst your household? If so the prestigious Fine Art frame shop Bourlet, based in Connaught Village have launched an art competition that will not only inspire creativity but will also help raise money for a commendable cause.

It can be difficult trying to keep children entertained and engaged during these times. They may not be able to wander freely outside, but there is nothing stopping your child’s imagination running free; they can create artwork of any image using any medium, so let them go wild….on paper.

The competition is open to all children up to the age of 12 years old. To enter, post a photo of your child’s artwork on Instagram before Friday 1st May, using the hashtag #bourletyoungmasters. Anyone can post an image but to be eligible to win the prize you must have made a donation (of any amount) to Bourlet’s Just Giving Page, to help raise money for Cavell Nurses Trust. You don’t have to enter the competition to donate and its never been more vital to support our healthcare professionals. Please give what you can and share the link with others:  www.justgiving.com/fundraising/bourlet

The winner will be announced on Tuesday 5th May. The amazing prize includes a handcrafted Bourlet frame for their artwork, £150 in CASS ART supplies vouchers. Plus £150 spending money to enjoy on a paid-for family trip to London to see their own Young Master creation hanging alongside the Old Masters at the Philip Mould Gallery in Pall Mall; something for the family to look forward too.
