Campo Viejo Celebrates launch of Winemakers’ Blend

In celebration of the launch of their brand-new wine, UK’s No. 1 Spanish wine brand Campo Viejo’s is hosting a virtual event led by their female winemakers: Campo Viejo Winemakers’ Blend, on Wednesday on 31st March.

The evening will consist of inspiring talks, wine tasting and curated food experiences in partnership with The Sister Table, The Receipts Podcast and Apprentice 2018 winner, Sian Gabbidon. The event will allow a community of like-minded people to come together to discuss sisterhood, business, passion and creativity whilst also receiving a sneak preview of Campo Viejo’s Winemakers’ Blend – a bold new fusion of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Bobal, sourced from the oldest vines in Spain to create the highest quality wine that combines the most vibrant expressions of Spain.

Hosted by Campo Viejo’s chief winemakers Elena Suárez and Elena Adell, the menu running alongside will consist of simple yet delicious food to enhance and complement the new wine. Spanish cured meats, Pan con tomate and Padrón Peppers with sea salt as well as more unusual pairings, such as Shakshuka with an alternative vegan menu option also available at checkout.

You’ll also be supporting a good cause in the process, with 100 per cent of proceeds donated to the Smart Works charity who provide high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need.
Campo Viejo Winemakers’ Blend is set to launch on 5th April in Tesco, Morrisons from 17th May and Ocado from May 2021 at £8.25 RRP.
