Casa Loca Day Party: Review

Sunday 7th July 2013, was said to be the hottest day of the year and with heat comes events, BBQ’s and parties. We were invited to Casa Loca day party at Queen of Hoxton on Curtain Road. Casa Loca is a House party packed with the best House DJ’s in London, the event had a BBQ on the rooftop and two floors filled with bumping house beats. So to say we were excited was an understatement.

As soon as we walked into the bar, the vibes were perfect, really suited to the hot summers day. The host and team were on point and visible in their Casa Loca t-shirts and yes we got to wear one too. All guests were given a complimentary t-shirt for attending!! Don’t we all love a bit of freeness? I know we did.

The rooftop was filled with beautiful people (as you see in trendy East London) sunbathing and enjoying the vibes. It definitely was Pimms O’clock upstairs, the BBQ was blasting and we tried the Aberdeen Angus burger with homemade coleslaw and potato salad. I am still dreaming about that burger now.

The party went on until midnight with the best of House and it was definitely a great great vibe! Casa Loca will be a monthly event and we will fill you in with the dates of the next event, if you love House music, great vibes, good food and the London sky line this event is for you.
