Celebrate International Margarita Day with Pancho Datos Plata Tequila 

February 22nd 2025 marks International Margarita Day and as a big fan of margaritas, I always struggle to make the classic cocktail at home. Pancho Datos Plata Tequila have made things more simple, with some great recipes to try; without having to leave the house for my favourite cocktail!

Perfect Pancho Margarita

50ml Pancho Datos Plata Tequila 
25ml Cointreau 
25ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Agave syrup 

Method: Shake all the ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Pink Grapefruit Margarita

50ml Pancho Datos Plata Tequila 
20ml Cointreau 
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Fresh grapefruit juice 
5ml Agave syrup 

Method: Shake all the ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice. 

Marigold Margarita

50ml Pancho Datos Reposado
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Agave syrup
10ml Hibiscus syrup 
Salt and chili powder rim

Method: Rim a rocks glass with the salt and chili mixture. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a marigold flower.
