Rosé on the Roof Launches At Coq d’Argent
Coq d’Argent, the French rooftop restaurant in the heart of the City of London, is launching ‘Rosé on the Roof’, a new Saturday brunch menu in partnership with premium rosé, M de Minuty.
Drawing inspiration from the South of France, Executive Head Chef Damien Rigollet has created a menu full of classic French dishes found in Toulouse, Nice, Saint-Tropez and other parts of Southern France, complimented by the aromatic M de Minuty Rosé, produced in Provence. Guests can enjoy brunch inside the restaurant or alfresco on Coq d’Argent’s restaurant terrace which will be laden with plants and trees in true Southern France style.
Situated in the heart of the Square Mile, Coq d’Argent offers customers a rare green oasis, with its surrounding outdoor rooftop terraces and gardens. Especially for the brunch, the terrace will be transformed into an amazing botanical retreat, filled with lavender, lemon trees, orange blossom and plants inspired by alfresco restaurants found in St Tropez and the French Riviera.
Launching last weekend on Saturday 11th July, guests can now celebrate summer with a crisp glass of rosé in hand, whilst enjoying popular French dishes predominantly found in regions from across the South of France. Highlights include:
Crevette
Five bouquet prawns, mayonnaise, lemon
Fromage de chèvre
Poitou goats’ cheese pastry parcel, pepper piperade, honey and basil dressing
Coq au vin
Braised, marinated chicken in red wine, mushrooms, baby onions, carrots and pancetta
Loup de Mer
Seared fillet of seabass, chive pomme purée, samphire and curried fish velouté
Thon Rouge
Yellow fin tuna, Provençal vegetables, basil pesto, mango and chilli salsa, coriander, sumac salt
Fraicheur d’ananas
Vanilla poached pineapple, mango, passion fruit espuma, mango sorbet
Pomme
Caramelised apple, cinnamon and gingerbread mousse, salted caramel

To accompany the food, guests can order M de Minuty by the glass, bottle or even a magnum.
Once finished with brunch, guests can stroll around the rooftop admiring London’s skyline, with a refreshing glass of rosé in hand, or one of Coq d’Argent’s renowned cocktails. The premium rosé brand is the ideal accompaniment to the Coq d’Argent ‘Rosé on the Roof’ menu – produced in the Provence region, the peach and candied orange flavours complement the fresh, seasonal dishes on the menu.
