This year, the team is offering a menu that blends classic American influences and modern touches. Head Chef Karol’s three-course dinner, priced at £65 per person, includes New England-style clam chowder, roast Norfolk turkey with spring onion mash, roast carrots, and cranberries, and a steamed maple and pecan pudding to finish.

Sam’s Waterside in Brentford is offering its own take on the holiday, featuring a menu created by Head Chef Jacob for £50 per person. Diners can enjoy dishes inspired by American flavors, such as a crispy guinea fowl drumstick, fresh Cornish hake, and a pumpkin and pecan pie for dessert.
