Cocktail Shaking & Candle Making Masterclasses in Seven Dials with Bombay Sapphire Running From 11th November – 31st December
This winter, Cocktails by Candlelight invites you to join a magical, riotous evening of cocktail shaking & candle making masterclasses in partnership with Bombay Sapphire.
Popping up in a candlelit space and running through to Christmas, the Cocktails by Candlelight evening masterclasses will be a 90 minute hands-on experience of learning both the art of cocktail shaking and candle making. It’s the ideal kindling for a festive evening.
Intimate and fun, each masterclass will cater to just twenty guests. Guests will be greeted with a Mulled Bombay Bramble cocktail on arrival and armed with a festive apron. Knowledgeable Cocktails by Candlelight hosts will provide fun & friendly expert guidance on how to produce a scented eco-friendly coconut wax candle, with guests able to customise their creations with their favourite festive fragrances. Each guest will also receive all the tools and ingredients needed to make two delicious Christmas cocktails – one with Bombay Sapphire and one with the new Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru. Guests will learn the secrets behind creating the perfect gin Christmas cocktails whilst following along and creating their own. At the end of the experience, the beautiful handmade candle will be ready to take home as a memento.
The sessions will be running seven days a week. Mondays will be an exclusively alcohol-free session, serving delicious alcohol-free cocktails made using the extremely versatile Devant New Dawn and Devant New Dusk alcohol-free spirits. There will also be alcohol-free cocktail alternatives available throughout the week for anyone who requests in advance. For those unable to attend an evening session, the venue will also host a pop-up shop, selling Cocktail by Candlelight at home kits, perfect for a unique Christmas gift.
