COCKTAILS MEET CULTURE AT GRAND MARNIER AND GALLERY DIFFERENT

Cocktails meet culture as Grand Marnier and Gallery Different partner to host exclusive exhibition

The luxury French cognac and bitter orange liqueur brand will be making its art debut as part of three artist showcases this October

Grand Marnier, the renowned French cognac and bitter orange liqueur, has teamed up with Gallery Different – a contemporary fine art gallery in the heart of Fitzrovia – for an exclusive exhibition this October.

This iconic liqueur with powerful and complex aromas elevates cocktails with its sophisticated flavours – giving them a refined twist – and is the perfect liquid to accompany this art exhibition, invigorating all the senses.

Combining the very best of cocktails and culture, gallery-goers will have the chance to experience a trio of solo shows, with artwork showcased from visual artist, Mick Dean, stylised sculpture Stephen Page, and still-life artist Patsy Whiting. Attendees will also be able to enjoy a selection of complementary Grand Marnier serves that have been expertly paired with each artist to elevate the exhibition experience.

Cocktail serves on the night include Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge mixed with Salt, Demerara & Bitters, a nod to Stephen Page’s sculptures and inspired by the Welsh coastline, where he is based.

Other tipples on offer include Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge combined with rose essence and Champagne to celebrate Patsy Whiting’s most recent work with roses, and Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge blended with Manzanilla Sherry, Pear, Lemon, and a splash of Soda, inspired by Mick Dean’s focus on London’s industrial past.

Karina Phillips, Gallery Director at Gallery Different, said: “We’re thrilled to team up with Grand Marnier to host this exhibition, featuring some breath-taking work from our talented trio of artists. The combination of contemporary art mixed with perfectly poured cocktails makes this a very exciting collaboration for art lovers to enjoy.”

Tristram Lilburne-Fini, Grand Marnier Brand Ambassador, said: “Grand Marnier has been a landmark of French style around the world since its creation in 1880. It’s no secret that the French appreciate art, so we’re delighted to team up with Gallery Different for an event which blends Grand Marnier’s French heritage with a showcase that celebrates contemporary culture”.
