Have I found the best Brunch in London?
Mystical, flirty fun and fine dining at Coya in Mayfair
I’ve done a fair few brunches in my time, of all sorts of themes and varieties. But nothing really prepared me for how much fun the brunch is at Coya!
Naturally, the restaurant is luxurious, the team are all simply beautiful and the time and effort that is put into each detail is far above average, but the experience itself was also just so memorable. On entry, you’re swept down to the luxurious bar to enjoy bottomless cocktails and Champagne until 1:30pm.
The brunch is every Saturday from 12:00pm – 4:00pm, and it’s clear people were here to party. A feisty, fun DJ played a series of eclectic beats whilst we chatted away and marvelled at the beautifully dressed dancers.
When it was time to truly brunch, we headed back upstairs to the member’s lounge which was stunning and ornately decorated to enjoy our food. Throughout the meal, there would be pop up entertainment acts, from dancers, to an incredible singer. And the whole time, your Champagne glass was topped up with premium bubbles.
To start, we were served a range of nibbles including; Guacamole con Crocantes, Tiradito de Atun Nikkei, Dip de Garbanzos and Ceviche Mixto. The Peruvian-inspired flavours edged through each dish and all bites exuded a citrus freshness.
You are then welcome to choose a main, options include a Baby Chicken, Sirloin served with Padron Peppers, Roasted Cod and a Purple Corn with Bomba Rice. I went for the sirloin which was topped with an incredibly tasty chimichurri and served medium rare. The portions were enormous also. Each main order is served with fried yuca, a coleslaw-style dish and corn fried rice – which were the perfect accompaniments to the rich main dishes.

Dessert was a real showstopper! Served on a gorgeous smoking platter, you can enjoy freshly baked cakes, churros, macarons and other tasty treats. It’s very Instagrammable itself, along with the other vibrant wonders you can see across the venue.
This brunch is an absolute must-visit, I can’t recommend it more.
