Dinner Time Story Presents Banquet Hoshena

Following the hugely successful Le Petit Chef, immersive dinner specialists Dinner Time Story have unveiled their latest projector-led experience this April, popping up in a venue at Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush. The 2-hour show, Banquet of Hoshena, promises to be an illusionary feast for the senses, whisking guests away to a mystical land where flavours and emotions are intrinsically linked and Kings, Queens and fairies and volcanoes come alive on the table.

As the dinner starts and the lights dim, the Queen of Hoshena tells guests of a once-green and luscious kingdom that has banished bad emotions, such as anger, sadness and fear and as a result, removed love, happiness and courage leaving the land bare, dark and empty.

The Dinner Time Story creators have become known for their innovative projection, which uses 3D visual technology, image mapping and experiential props to create a mesmerising visual experience. This combined with creative storytelling through flavours, ingredients, sights, sounds and tastes makes for a truly magical dinner. The experience includes five delicious courses accompanied by wine and cocktail pairings, which has been expertly planned to work in situ with the story, with each dish representing a different emotion from the story

The concept was created by Dinner Time Story co-founder, Nadine Beshir, in collaboration with the multimedia British artists Davy & Kirsten McGuire from Studio McGuire. Along with their team of music composers, writers and graphic designers, Studio McGuire helped create this unique experience for all to enjoy together.
