This summer, enter a world of zero judgement with Malibu’s Courtside Confessions at Brixton Jamm; an immersive experiencethat turns the traditional courtroom into a tropical celebration of authenticity (and doing Whatever Tastes Good!).
On the 22nd and 23rd July, everyone’s favourite coconut flavoured rum will bring a splash of sunshine and revelry all the way to Brixton, to reward those who share their guilty pleasures with complimentary cocktails and pizzas.
In a Malibu world, people unplug and live in the moment. It’s a world where people truly do what they like, whenever they like – where they embrace the summer mindset and “Do Whatever Tastes Good”, whatever that may be.
The Malibu courtroom will be one like no other; an all-singing-all-dancing judge will preside over a jury, inviting defendants to plead their questionable choices in the zero-judgement zone. With immersive performances from world-leading alternative choir, London Gospel Choir, all rise for the Malibu sentencing as those who confess their guilty pleasures will be rewarded with a range of prizes such as drink tokens, Malibu merchandise or bar tabs at local venues.
And the fun doesn’t stop when the sentence has been handed out – when the court is adjourned, make your way through the no–judgement zone with a Malibu cocktail in hand. A selection of DJs will be providing the soundtrack so guests can show off those moves and dance like no one’s watching (or judging).
In addition to the immersive courtroom experience, the pop-up will feature instagrammable scenes for must-share moments, amerchandise shop to snap up some Malibu merch, as well as a Malibu salon to jazz up your already fabulous look.
And if that’s not enough, VooDoo Rays will be serving up a range of mouth-watering pizzas, including the Malibu ‘guilty pleasures’ special – pineapple pizza!
Malibu Courtside Confessions brings to life the new #DoWhateverTastesGood campaign to Londoners and encouragesthe celebration of our unique tastes. From the clothes we wear to outlandish playlists, even to what to drink on a night out, #DoWhateverTastesGood is about being unapologetically you.
The Malibu Courtside Confessions will take place at Brixton Jamm, 261 Brixton Road, Myatts Field South, London, SW9 6LH on July 22-23. Time slots can be booked on Fever, and entry is free of charge.
