To celebrate the launch of the new Spring Menu, ASK Italian has collaborated with florist, Rebel Rebel, to create a unique “edible bouquet” to showcase the menu.
La Dolce Vita bouquet will be showcasing fresh Italian herbs, such as rosemary, pea, olive, mint and courgette flowers as they are featured predominantly in the new menu.
ASK Italian will be hosting bouquet-making master classes in select restaurants, leading up to Mother’s Day, followed by an introduction to the new menu. The master class is hosted by the very talented team behind Rebel Rebel, as they guide you through the different flowers and stems, encouraging you to let your creativity flow.
Starters include a pea and ricotta soufflé in a rich cheese sauce, topped with creamy mascarpone, or a light vegetable broth with peas, courgettes, leeks, baby kale and potatoes.
For mains, a choice of fresh pasta with purple basil pesto, their prima pizza with pea purée, tender kale, asparagus, peas, red pepper pearls, spiach and sweet balsamic red onions, or with two soft-baked eggs, spinach, olives, mozzarella and mascarpone cheese.
To round off, why not try their tangy passion fruit and raspberry cheesecake, or a warm cookie topped with salted caramel gelato and salted caramel drizzle.
It’s the perfect way to treat for Mother’s Day, as you both leave with a full belly and a beautiful bouquet that you made together.
