This August Ian Schrager’s Aegean utopia, The Bodrum EDITION, invites you to experience culinary bliss with an exclusive collaboration with award-winning Balinese chef Agung Gede and The Bodrum EDITION’s Peruvian freerider chef, Diego Muñoz, who will be teaming up to host a series of unforgettable culinary experiences. This Friday and Saturday head to Kitchen, renowned for its colourful meals and use of locally produced ingredients, where Gede will be bringing his signature dishes to Bodrum for a truly unique breakfast experience. For only 195 TL (£29), guests can enjoy Gede’s traditional seafood omelette and steak & eggs. If breakfast leaves you hungry for more, be sure to visit sun-loving daylight restaurant Morena, for an unapologetically free and vibrant dining experience. Here, guests are invited to learn from the best with Gede’s Nasi Goreng (Indonesian stir-fried rice) cooking class and session. Priced at 260 TL per person (£38).
On Monday 12th August The Bodrum EDITION’s signature restaurant BRAVA, which was voted Turkey’s best opening when it graced the Turkish Riviera in 2018, will be hosting both August Muñoz and Gede for the ultimate culinary collaboration to bring guests a one-of-kind 10-course dinner. Incorporating Gede’s Balinese flair, with a unique wine selection by the famous French winemaker Pascal Jolivet, the elevated design of the menu celebrates the biodiversity of the environment, while using only the freshest local produce that Turkey has to offer. Priced at 750 TL (£112) per person – inclusive of wine pairing.
