Floozie Cookies Review

With Valentine’s Day here, I’ve been thinking about the sweetest thing I’ve eaten recently — and it has to be from Floozie Cookies. We were invited to a Galentine’s cookie‑decorating session and had such a fun time. My friend even transformed a rose into a rake and two love hearts into a bat, which tells you everything about her creativity. After decorating, we were able to choose some cookies and were given even more to take home, so we ended up tasting our way through the entire Valentine’s and classic ranges. It struck me how perfect these cookies would be as a gift — indulgent and delicious.

Founded in 2020 by pastry chef Kimberly Lin, Floozie specialises in handmade stuffed cookies. They’re generously sized—big enough to share, though realistically you’ll only want to share so you can justify trying more flavours. Across the board, the cookies were soft, rich, and satisfyingly gooey.

The Valentine’s selection was playful, indulgent, and full of contrasting textures:

• Brownie Batter Dulce de Leche Pretzel

As a chocolate lover, this was irresistible. The crunchy pretzel against the gooey caramel is exactly the kind of contrast that makes a stuffed cookie work.

• Pistachio Rose Raspberry

My friend’s favourite. Pistachio cream, pistachio pieces, raspberry pieces—and she couldn’t believe how intensely pistachio it tasted.

• Celebrations Cookie

A pink cookie filled with homemade raspberry jam and sprinkled with little love hearts. Soft, tangy, and very on‑theme.

• Red Velvet Cheesecake

Vegan white chocolate with a vanilla cheesecake filling. As someone who loves cheesecake, this one hit the mark.

We were also treated to some of their regular range. We were initially skeptical about the Tahini Salted Milk Chocolate cookie, but it turned out to be one of the standouts. The saltiness is perfectly judged.

We also sampled some of their regular range:

• Chocolate Chunk

A crowd‑pleaser—simple, rich, and exactly what you want from a classic cookie.

• Black Forest

A fudge cookie with dark chocolate and sour cherry compote. The sweetness of the jam balances the cherry beautifully. I preferred this one slightly warmed.

• Cinnamon Crunch

Vanilla cookie with speculoos cream—comforting and spiced.

• Pecan Pie

Butterscotch cookie with date caramel, topped with a pecan.

Cookies are £3.75 each, with several bundle options. The Cookie Box offers any six for £19.50, and the Valentine’s Day Bundle includes six cookies, a pack of mini cookies, hot chocolate, and Bubs Sweets pick‑and‑mix.

If you have more willpower than I do, the cookies freeze well—ideal for stretching out the indulgence.

We loved the variety—there truly is something for every kind of sweet tooth. In the words of my friends, they’re “simply delicious.” And honestly, that sums them up perfectly.

Floozie Cookies are available at their shop in Covent Garden or online.
