The name Okonomiyaki derived from the word ‘okonomi’ meaning ‘as you like it’ and ‘yaki’ meaning ‘grill’. Have fun making your own Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba with your favourite toppings. Vegetarian toppings are also available.
Learn how sake like honjozo and ginjo differ from one another, how much the rice is milled affects both the sake taste and accompanying dishes. After the talk, join us for a tasting of sake from various breweries with a new-found appreciation for the art of sake brewing!
