Franco Manca’s Winter Menu

Franco Manca, everyone’s favourite sourdough pizza restaurant recently launched their Winter Menu and it’s good. Really good.

To celebrate the occasion, and to warm us all up as the weather gets cold, the restaurant is celebrating their new menu with a Winter fiesta. From Monday 6th November, until Wednesday 9th, the first 50 guests of the day in every Franco Manca pizzeria will receive a complimentary dish or drink on the house.

The new menu contains some seriously delicious treats, from spicy chorizo bites or baked mozzarella to rosemary focaccia for sharing. But make sure you leave space for the incredible pizzas, warming and winter-y but still light enough to not feel TOO guilty. Highlights on the new menu include a pizza topped with pork loin fillet from Martina Franca in Southern Italy, buffalo mozzarella, red piennolo from Vesuvio, fresh basil and a touch of tomato, or a veggie special with smoked buffalo mozzarella, red and yellow piennolo from Vesuvio, escarole with capers and garlic and kalamata black olives.

Available if you dine in at any Franco Manca branch, and are lucky enough to get there early!
