This is a great low calorie, low fat, high protein bagel/Sandwich/potato filler
Makes 2 servings

Protein 14.1g
– 50g Baby Plum tomato, finely chopped
– 20g of diced white onion
– 100g fat free quark
– 50g diced cucumber
– Small tin of John West Tuna chunks in Spring water, drained
– The juice of half a lime
– Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Optional
Half a red chilli, finely chopped
1. Add all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly
2. Et voila. Add to a baked sweet potato or wholemeal toasted bagel for a great complete meal
