Headspace teams up with TFL Travellers
To help encourage Londoners to get out and explore the city, Headspace (the mental wellbeing app) have partnered with TfL to offer bespoke guided meditations allowing Londoners to be more mindful during their travels.
Built to alleviate stress, Headspace is also curating free guided meditations designed for mindful walking exercises to help people be active. Walks are between Camden Town and King’s Cross stations, and London Bridge to Waterloo stations.
The app fits with TFL’s goals to encourage Londoners to walk and cycle more often. In 2041, London aims to make 80 per cent of all journeys via sustainable modes of transport, compared to 63 per cent today.
Available till August 2020, TfL customers can claim a free two-month subscription to Headspace which will allow them to access app-based meditation content.
To learn more about the partnership and get free access, visit https://www.headspace.com and enter the code “TUBE” when prompted.
