Johnnie Walker Frozen Forest Review
The winters are hard, but Londoners will endure…with the aid of whisky, obviously.
Johnnie Walker (needs no introduction) has teamed with HBO to create a limited edition whisky aptly named ‘White Walker’in honour of the juggernaut television series Game of Thrones(you may have heard of it). To celebrate the tipple, they have created a Frozen Forest pop up bar at Shoreditch’s renowned Kachette.
Open this weekend only from 6PM-10PM, you can find yourself immersed in the wonderland that is the Great White North (not Canada). In order to stay warm, you’ll need to sample the cocktails on offer such as The White Walker, The Long Night and The Night King (sorry Cersei, they’re all out of red). With a drink in your hand you can then conquer the Iron Throne for a photo op or join the cocktail masterclass for your next drink, more than one will be required to keep warm in the chilly winter landscape.
Tickets are available from Design My Night (link below) and will cost between £10.00 for entry and two cocktails or £12.50 for the masterclass also.
An absolute must for any Game of Thrones fans seriously struggling through the long night that is the wait for Season 8!
