Three decadent dinners, ideal for taking the stress out of Christmas cooking, designed by Gordon Ramsay’s former Executive Chef, Steve Allen

Designed by Gordon Ramsay’s former Executive Chef, Steve Allen, the range includes three variations of Christmas dinners – designed to take the fuss out of home cooking. 

With a focus on fresh, quality, seasonal ingredients, each kit is conveniently delivered with all the components to make a Christmas dinner at home. Enabling cooks more time to spend with their guests during dinner parties – to truly enjoy the festive spirit of convivialité – the feasts start from £99.95 and serve between four to six people.

Near effortless to prepare, each kit offers festive favourites with all of the yummy trimmings, from Pigs in Blankets, Spiced Braised Red Cabbage and the Truffle Gratin Dauphinois Potatoes that make Côte famous at Christmas time. Each chef-prepared, restaurant quality menu means diners can enjoy an authentic dining experience at home, with minimal preparation time. 

The Côte Christmas Feast (£99.95, serving up to six people) 

This kit includes a classic 2-2.5kg succulent British Turkey Breast from Larchwood Farm, East Anglia as the centrepiece. Delicious accompaniments include Pigs in Blankets, Pork and Apricot stuffing, Spiced Braised Red Cabbage, Truffle Gratin Dauphinoise Potatoes, Roasted Parsnips with Chestnuts, Carrot and Swede Purée and Cranberry & Thyme Jus. 

The Côte Christmas Chateaubriand Feast (£119.95, serving up to six people)

Jewel in the crown of this festive feast is a 1kg Chateaubriand, with careful direction to create the perfect rareness of the meat. Traditional trimmings are also included as above. 

We tried this one and it was delicious – everything was easy to prepare and everyone went back for seconds.

The Côte Christmas Vegetarian Feast (£69.95, serving up to four people)

Perfect for vegetarian diners, this feast includes individual Goat’s Cheese and Butternut Squash Pithiviers served with all the trimmings including four Butternut Squash & Goat’s Cheese Pithivier, Spiced Braised Red Cabbage, Truffle Gratin Dauphinois Potatoes, Roasted Parsnips with Chestnuts, Carrot & Swede Purée and Cranberry & Thyme Jus.

Each menu arrives prepared and ready to place in the oven with clear timing and direction, allowing cooks to entertain and relax whilst the impressive feast cooks. From start to finish, all dishes will be ready to serve up in less than three hours – adding a certain je ne sais quoi to at-home dining. More conveniently, each dish has been specially designed so that they can be cooked at the same temperature – a fully no-fuss approach.

As well as festive feasts, the Côte at Home website is a one-stop-shop for other Christmassy courses, including starters and desserts. Highlight options include a Parsnip & Chestnut Soup (£5.95), Smoked Beetroot Salmon (£12.95) and rich Chicken Liver Pâté (£8.95) served with crusty French baguette. Desserts include a show stopping Bûche de Noël (£15.95) – a classic French chocolate yule log with whirls of moist chocolate sponge and rich chocolate icing with hazelnuts, served with brandy clotted cream. Cote’s Executive Chef Steve Allen has worked at Michelin starred restaurants, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Petrus and he opened Gordon Ramsay at Claridges which won a Michelin star within its first year. During Steve’s time at Claridges, he went from Junior Sous Chef to Head Chef and then Executive Chef and worked on all of Gordon Ramsay’s books.
