Kiss me, I’m Irish: The Original Irish Cream, Baileys, launches a delicious new Irish Coffee serve to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Grind and you can get yours on the house, using a secret password for one weekend only!
As customisation continues to dominate Gen Z and millennial coffee preferences and audiences increasingly look to coffee as their daily ‘little treat’ fix (Coffee Intelligence, 2025), Baileys has a new way to combine both this Spring. Baileys is stirring up some of our favourite treating moments and giving them a delicious twist, kicking off with a new Irish Coffee serve to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
When it comes to St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, no one does it quite like the Irish, and, as the Original Irish Cream, it’s time that Baileys put its stamp on the traditional Irish Coffee serve. Ahead of this years’ celebrations, Baileys has collaborated with London coffee company, Grind, to launch the ‘Baileys Irish Coffee’, with those joining in on the celebrations getting it served up on the house… if they use the secret password.
The ‘Baileys Irish Coffee’ combines the luxurious taste of Baileys with Grind’s specialty coffee, featuring brown sugar, Irish whiskey, and a velvety sea salt Baileys cream float. Audiences can get their hands on the serve on the house from 15 – 17 March at Grind’s Liverpool Street café by quoting the secret password ‘Kiss Me, I’m Irish’.
This new serve is the first of seasonal hot coffees Baileys are stirring up this Spring, with new serve moments to come for Mother’s Day and Easter. For those unable to make it to Grind, stir in 30ml of Baileys to your coffee at home to give it the Irish effect, the perfect St. Patrick’s Day celebration!
This second collaboration between Baileys and Grind highlights their shared commitment to driving positive change while delivering exceptional quality. Both brands, being certified B Corporations, are dedicated to using business as a force for good and upholding the highest standards of social and environmental performance.
Charlotte Gibbon, Director of Gins, Pimm’s, Baileys, and Non-alc at Diageo GB, says: “This spring, Baileys is calling on audiences to stir up special occasions with loved ones and indulge in a new treat coffee with us. And what better way to do this yourself than by stirring a splash of Baileys into your hot coffee?
“Spring might just be the ultimate treating season, and we’re excited to treat consumers to some delicious new serves for St. Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Easter. Watch this space!”
The Baileys Irish Coffee collection at Grind will be available in-store at Grind’s Liverpool Street café from noon – close 15 – 17 March 2025. The first 100 people who share the password: ‘Kiss me I’m Irish’, will receive a free serve. One free serve per customer. Over 18s only. Challenge 25 will be in place at each venue.
You can also order this festive serve off Grind’s menu at London Bridge, Greenwich Grind, Shoreditch Grind, Covent Garden, and, of course, Liverpool Street locations all weekend long.
