Le Penguin Cocktail

Citadelle has teamed up with Mint Gun Club and have launched the Le Penguin cocktail. Created by cocktail connoisseur, Rich Hunt. Rich is the three times international bartender of the year and his cocktial is a quirky twist on the usual chocolate egg Easter cocktails.

Le Penguin is a generous blend of Citadelle Gin, dry vermouth and a dash of Nocellara olive brine, swapping the sweet flavours for a quail’s egg and anchovy garnish.

Priced at £7 during Mint Gun Club’s martini hour (Tues-Fri 5-7pm) and £9 thereafter, Le Penguin was launched just in time for Easter and will be available from the bar on an ongoing basis.

LE PENGUIN

50ml Citadelle Gin

20ml Za’atar Dry Vermouth

2.5ml Nocellara Olive Brine

Stirred and served in a Nick and Nora glass garnished with a quail’s egg wrapped in a Mediterranean white anchovy.
