Mum and Baby

Lune & Wild… It’s A Yes From Us!

If you’ve been following Onin.London for a while now you know in 2025 I had twins. They’re now 10 months old and it’s a struggle trying to find the time to cook and prepare fresh, healthy meals for them both. Enter Lune & Wild, they’ve been showing up on my for you page for months and it seemed like fate when I was offered a free trial to review them.

The brand was founded in 2021 by cousins Lara Rodgers, a trained chef, and Nadia Simonds with the goal to to offer babies and toddlers more nutritious, flavourful food made with high quality ingredients. After trialing their products for a couple of weeks it’s not hard to see why and how since launching, Lune & Wild has doubled its revenue every year, selling over one million meals in the past year and why they have built a strong reputation with a 4.8-star Trustpilot rating.

Lune & Wild focuses on balanced nutrition and they worked with paediatric nutritionist Judith Calvin to develop recipes rich in protein, iron, fibre and vegetables. All things growing babies need! They use responsibly sourced ingredients which include organic, regenerative meat from Haye Farm and aim to introduce children to at least 30 different plants to encourage healthy eating habits and broaden young palates.

So whether you’re just starting the baby led weaning journey or you’re full in the thick it, there’s something for everyone’s tastebuds and ages. The brand have a range which includes purées, toddler meals, finger foods and pasta sauces. You’d expect large prices for these types of meals and convenience but prices start from only £2.50 per serving. Packets contain anywhere between 6 and 8 frozen blocks with popular products including Cottage Pie, Spinach & Coconut Curry, Mexican Bean Chilli, Blueberry & Banana Muffins, Salmon & Broccoli Fishcakes and Beef Bolognese.  Now my twins loved the Blueberry and Banana Muffins, the Spinach and Coconut Curry and a lot of the dishes from the World Flavours collection but weren’t too keen on the fish cakes and Beef Bolognese. Though they do say when introducing new foods, you have to give it to them at least 10 times so I’m sure they’ll grow to love those meals as well. I’ve even tried them myself and can say they taste pretty good.

You can purchase Lune & Wild on their website but in May they partnered with Ocado which makes ordering their products even more convinent. According to the founders the Ocado launch will help bring their nutritious, handmade meals to more families, while Ocado praised the brand for its trusted ingredients, strong nutritional credentials and innovative approach to children’s food.

We love Lune & Wild, it makes my life so much easier knowing I can have fresh prepared healthy food in under 2 mins and I’m giving my babies the best there is.
