The Golden Era cocktail celebrates all the great women in our lives, especially our mums.
Marrying Glenfiddich 12 Year-Old’s distinctively fresh and fruity taste with undernotes of pear and apple, the beautifully crafted and delicately balanced tipple combines sweet Sauternes dessert wine, with rich flavours of Crème de Pêche, a slight note of anise and a touch of dry vermouth, creating a light yet complex libation to be sipped and savoured.

‘Golden Era’ Ingredients
- 40ml Glenfiddich 12YO
- 10ml Sauternes
- 10ml Crème de Pêche
- 5ml Dry Vermouth
- 2.5ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- 1 Dash Absinthe
- Discarded Lemon Zest
Method
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir until chilled
- Strain liquid over ice into a rocks glass or tumbler
- Garnish with a discarded lemon zest
