The Mayfair Flower Show Plants Its Roots at Sketch

Forget the Chelsea Flower Show, this year, it’s all about the Mayfair Flower Show at cult London hotspot sketch. For its third iteration, the event’s theme is “A Royal Floral Tour” to celebrate the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Running until 29th May, seven jaw-dropping floral installations grace the many rooms of sketch, with highlights including a wedding dress of flowers and a “fantasy honeymoon trip around the world.” Each installation is the brainchild of one of London’s top florists: JamJar Flowers, Rebel Rebel, Tony Marklew, Ricky Paul Flowers, Figa & Co. and Carly Rogers Flowers.

Drop into sketch for a cocktail or a glass of Pommery champers (one of the show’s partners) until the end of the month to catch a glimpse of the florals, or book your gang in for a four-lunch flower-inspired lunch menu created by Pierre Gagnaire specially for the event. Even better, go for afternoon tea in the endlessly ‘grammable pink lounge and enjoy a selection of Meghan Markle-approved cakes, so you can have a taste of her lemon and elderflower wedding cake.
