I thank Mercato Metropolitano for letting us host The Cause over Australia Day weekend at their incredible market. The response from the individuals and organisations we have reached out to for support has been incredible and I want to thank all the below for their time, commitment and generosity. BBPR, Jim & Tonic, Melissa Hemsley, Once Upon a Time, Ranald Schulz, TEA Entertain and The Walt Disney Company.

“We are delighted to be hosting The Cause over Australia Day at Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant in Castle” says Andrea Rasca, Chief Executive Dreamer and Founder, Mercato Metropolitano. “At MM, we believe in creating a community of people that share a passion — here, we are bringing people together who are passionate about food to support a very important cause.”

“In MM we love and care about our planet, and we can’t downplay the role of global heating in the devastating Australian bushfires. We hope that this nationwide disaster will prompt the Australian government and other nations to take action urgently and fight the Climate Crisis. It has been awful to see the devastation that the bushfires have caused, and we hope that the money raised through The Cause this weekend will be able to make a difference.”
