MoroccanOil Review

morrocan oil-018

We are all aware of how great argan oil is for our hair and I wanted to take the test and see how it would treat my hair, which is pretty damaged, due to me colouring my hair four times a year and heat styling. I choose to test out the brand Moroccanoil (the Holy Grail for some ladies) I choose the shampoo, conditioner and hair oil.

The ingredients for the hair oil, include omega-3 oils, vitamins, fatty acids and antioxidants, which is said to deliver shine and protection, while nourishing hair. Sounds good right? I have been using all three products for three months now and this is how I got on.

For the hair oil, I used two pumps of oil on the ends of my hair, before I blow dried my hair, to keep it protected from the heat and then one more pump to moisturise my hair. It isn’t greasy at all, which I’m very happy about as there are a lot of hair serums out there that leaves your hair looking greasy and limp. The oil gives a nice sheen after application on dry hair and makes your hair feel soft and nourished, I am also a fan of the smell of Moroccanoil, it’s divine!

It’s priced at £31, which may sound expensive, but in the three months I’ve used it, I haven’t even gone through half the bottle, so it will certainly last you a long time.

The shampoo and conditioner has the same amazing scent, which includes the following ingredients: antioxidant rich argan oil, keratin amino acids and silk amino acids. it’s also sulcate-free, phosphate-free and paraben-free, which is certainly a good thing in my books, bye bye nasty chemicals.

The shampoo and conditioner has been great in de-tangaling my hair, leaving my hair healthy, soft and silky, what girl doesn’t want that? After the three months, using all three products, I found my dry coarse hair to transform into soft and silky hair. I shall continue to use Moroccainoil in nourishing my hair. Five stars all the way!
