New Autumn Menu At Black Sheep Coffee Review
Autumn’s arrived, and Black Sheep Coffee is embracing the season with a bold new menu — think street-food flavours, comfort eats, and cosy sips. Launched 10th September 2025, there’s something for everyone.
Autumn eats include the chicken Shawarma Wrap and Maple & Pecan Açai Bowl. The new all day-breakfast range comprises of Shakshuka Wrap, Bacon & Egg Muffin, Egg & Tomato Muffin, Bacon Sourdough Roll abd Sausage Sourdough Roll. Seasonal drinks include: Apple Crumble Matcha Latte, Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte (all available hot or iced).
I tried several of the new items over the weekend with Four Black Sheep Coffee venues keeping me fuelled. Looking for a late lunch, but not something heavy, I decided to try Black Sheep’s autumn makeover of their signature açai base. The Maple & Pecan Açai Bowl (RRP £8.59) is a blend of antioxidant-rich organic frozen Açai, topped with crunchy pecans, maple drizzle, and granola. I liked the combination of smooth açai, and crunch pecans. It was filling and tasty.

I also couldn’t resist trying their Iced Apple Crumble Matcha Latte (RRP £4.99). Yes, you read that right, the apple crumble has returned! Here sweet apple syrup meets cinnamon and a touch of gingerbread- think apple pie but in a cup. A fraction too sweet for my preference, but a fun autumn indulgence.
Sunday morning dawned and exiting King’s Cross Station, I spotted a Black Sheep Coffee. Given Pumpkin Spice is the flavour of autumn, I tried the original autumn icon- Pumpkin Spice Latte (RRP £4.59). The rich espresso is blended with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. It was perfect for the crisp mornings we’ve been having lately. I’m eager to have this again!

At lunchtime, I headed to Black Sheep Coffee in Waterloo Station and tried the new autumnal Chicken Shawarma Wrap (£4.89). It’s a ready-made wrap featuring tender chicken seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, crisp salad, and a creamy dressing. I was hoping for bold, vibrant flavours, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver — the overall taste was disappointingly bland.
To quench my thirst, I paired it with a Spicy Mango Lemonade Matcha. I wanted something refreshing, and this absolutely hit the mark. Part of the new “swicy” (sweet-meets-spicy) collection — which also includes the Spicy Mango Matcha Latte and Spicy Mango Lemonade — this drink blends juicy mango with a fiery chilli kick. It was a bold, energising pick-me-up after a long walk.

Continuing on, for a late afternoon snack, I chose a ‘build your own’ acai bowl at Wembley Park’s Black Sheep Coffee. There are several toppings to choose from including granola, banana, blueberries, jam, coconut shavings, cocoa nibs. After staring at the screen for some time not knowing what I wanted, I opted for strawberries, Nutella and cocoa nibs only to be informed there wasn’t enough cocoa nibs. The staff suggested I add peanut butter and biscoff crumbs, and this was spot-on. Each spoonful delivered layered textures and satisfying flavour.
Although I didn’t get to try the All-Day Breakfast range, I like that morning classics will be available all day long.
Both the Autumn and Spicy Mango range are available now.
