NYX Hotel opens in Holborn with 50% off Food & Drink

High fashion and hipster hotelier NYX have added London Holborn to their list of international vibrant boutique hotels. Swinging its doors open on 17th May, NYX Hotel London Holborn will draw you into it’s bold and eclectic interior, featuring modern art and sultry lighting. From breakfast until supper, NYX offers an all day menu and to celebrate their opening, NYX are offering 50% off all food and drink (on reservations only) from the 17th – 30th May.

The all-day menu includes: chorizo shakshuka and panettone French toast; through to schnitzels, prawn and chipotle tostadas and chopped salads; as well as creole crayfish burger and the signature NYX raclette burger. There is also a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes including the NYX vegan reuben’s on rye, vegan gnocchi poppers with sundried tomato and basil and jerk cauliflower patties.

Like it’s namesake, the Greek goddess of the night – NYX truly comes alive at dusk with DJs until 3am most nights. Mix and mingle over scrumptious cocktails with signatures serves from None of Your Nonsense Negroni, mixed with East London Liqueur Company gin, Campari and Asterley Brothers Estate vermouth; to Two Smoking Barrels – a zesty blend of Curado Espadin tequila, fresh lime and agave syrup, topped with dashes of Lagavulin. There’s also a tequila library featuring over 20 varieties, as well as a carefully curated selection of wines and local beers on tap.

With darker tones of blue and black, accented with pops of colour, The NYX experience is sultry and moody, a sort of sophisticated journey into the underworld. Though provoking artwork, incredible music alongside the creative food and cocktails all make for an experience quite unlike any other.
