JIMMY GARCIA’S THE BBQ CLUB IS BACK

One of Onin.London’s favourites has returned for its 10th year of amazing summer alfresco dining. Jimmy’s Popup is back! Jimmy takes gourmet bbq food to the max until 19th September with his legendary BBQ Club.

Make sure you head down to South Bank for this interactive restaurant experience and bar! They’re serving everything from 45 day aged sirloin steaks to duck pancakes or Adobo Cod Cheek Tacos. The food is absolutely amazing and if you’re an avid reader of Onin.London you know this already.

The BBQ Club exemplifies everything we love about cooking – alfresco dining, drinks, music, provenance and sitting round the table with friends and family over long, lingering summer days. We’re going to make the most of every last drop of Summer this year on Southbank and making sure we can all have fun, relaxing and enjoying our infamous BBQ Club specials, Jimmy’s secret marinades and sides whilst being socially distanced and safe.

THE BBQ CLUB EXPERIENCE
The ultimate BBQ experience: kick back, relax and enjoy 6 courses of the best BBQ food in town over your very own table-top Big Green Egg. Our chefs prepare and guide you through each course, helping you cook your perfect BBQ tasting menu – giving all the top tips along the way. Current restrictions on bookings for each table are for groups of 4-6. Bookings for couples and 3’s will be available when restrictions lift further. The 6-course menu at £49 pp is seasonal based on using the freshest ingredients and therefore varies daily. We’ve been every year for the last 5 years (apart from last year because of lockdown) and the menu just keeps getting better and better.

GARDEN PATCHES @ THE BBQ CLUB
Garden Patches @ The BBQ Club will allow guests to enjoy the best of the riverside. From our boardwalk bar, enjoy some of the best views of the river London has to offer. They provide quintessential English summer lawn games (think boules, beach tennis and swing-ball to name a few), craft G&Ts, cocktails, rosé and the yummiest BBQ Club street food… the perfect way to spend a summer’s day or evening. These patches complete with private seating and parasols are bookable as private hire spaces can only be booked privately at the moment by emailing the pop ups team here. Or if you’re walking on by and fancy coming to chill out by the river for a drink and a bite to eat in the sunshine, you can do that too.

THE BBQ CLUB STREET FOOD
The walk-up BBQ street food kitchen is open 12pm to 10pm, 7 days a week. No booking is required, just turn up and order one of our seasonal BBQ dishes, all cooked on our Big Green Egg BBQs! We cook using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, therefore our menus naturally vary slightly throughout the summer season. The burgers are great here and it’s great to be able to take in the views whilst eating.
