Busy Londoners, take a break from the hustle of London and head on over to the Om yoga show for a day of wellness, rebalancing and bringing harmony to your body. Taking place this Friday 18th October until 20th October, offering 200 free classes to attend.
If you are a beginner you can dip your toe into a a hatha yoga class or if you’re after something a little more challenging you can opt for the Vinyasa yoga session. Although its the Om Yoga show, they offer a lot more than yoga. There is a Food for the soul kitchen area, where you can attend cooking demonstrations, a lecture area, where you can learn the secrets of living a better life, featuring talks on Ayurveda and chakras. Kids are also looked after in their own dedicated area: the YogaBeez children’s yoga studio, so why not make it a family affair and bring the kids too!
New to this years show is the Korg Chill zone, a designated area in the show dedicated to the healing power of the gong. The powerful vibrations of the gong have an incredible ability to reduce stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Lay back, relax and let the vibrations from the gong melt away your stresses.
