After a quiet few months of planning the guys at Press Play are back with a bang and have lined up an epic summer movie programme across 3 of the best rooftops in London.
Spread west to east, the pop up cinema experts will bring you a feast of modern day classics to enjoy every weekend. As the sun goes down, drinks and food will accompany a film lineup to suit all, and popcorn is free thanks to Propercorn, making these events accessible, intimate and frankly just damn good value for your alternative summer nights!
The Rooftops…
Netil 360
This sky high retreat at London’s creative core in Hackney will play host to screenings on the last Thursday of every month from June through to September. A great way to get your pre weekend game on with thirsty thursday cocktails and rotating street food pop ups accompanying bad ass films such as True Romance and Drive. One and Two person beanbag seats available for those that are quick enough to get hold of these hot tickets first, and if you’re lucky you might pick a night where secret artists will creatively sketch and paint side by side with the movie!

Kensington
The guys have found a new hidden gem situated above the 37 degrees gym in Kensington. Kicking off on 13/14th June with a weekend dedicated to the one and only hitman Rocky, these screenings will be themed with actors, drinks (even mini bottles of Moet champagne), cinema snacks (by the incredibly creative Wandering Chef) and decor bringing the film to life! Oh and they are requesting fancy dress…

Broadway House
The summer programme wouldn’t be complete without returning to where it all began two years ago. With a selection of 11 carefully picked films from Big Lebowski to Zoolander, and a drinks partnership with Kopperberg, this intimate rooftop offers beautiful sunset views and the smokey BBQ tastes and smells make it the perfect spot for a Sunday group night out or a cosy date night. As ever this will run weekly and tickets are a steal at £10
