Provenance Village Butcher Launches High Quality Delivery Service

Provenance Village Butcher is delighted to announce the launch of its same day home delivery service, offering Londoners the highest quality produce from the UK and further afield. The team are proud to hand deliver grass fed, free range meat, personally sourced from award winning family farms. Provenance is passionate about animal welfare, supported by traditional farming methods resulting in the highest quality product, expertly prepared by their incredible team of butchers.

With a carefully curated premium range, including ex dairy dry-aged beef and lamb from the salt marshes of Essex, Provenance also source more exclusive products which include the extraordinarily flavoursome Iberico pork, Sakura Wagyu from Japan and Galician ex dairy beef from Spain. However, it is the everyday favourites prized by their regulars that put Provenance at the forefront of London butcher shops; boneless marinated chicken, rosemary and garlic butterflied lamb leg, along with all their hugely popular, easy to cook children-friendly options; chicken sausages, chicken schnitzel and veal meatballs.

The pre marinated dishes, including the iconic flat iron chicken, take the hassle out of cooking and offer quick, easy and nutritious meal solutions. The delivery menu also boasts a wide selection of mouth-watering, carefully sourced condiments to help bring the finishing touches into your home. These range from delicious black truffle mustard, to pickles, BBQ rubs and sauces. There is no delivery charge, but the minimum spend requirement on any order for delivery is £30.00.

The epitome of Provenance is being at the heart of a village. Its four stores are spread across the desirable hubs of West London: Notting Hill, Chelsea (off Sloane Square), Little Venice and Queen’s Park. The team of experts all share a passion for food and sharing that passion through conversation with customers, as part of a broader effort to hero the high street once more. The value and convenience of all products, and the warm and trusted relationships built within the villages served is at the heart of Provenance’s desire to become more accessible:

Tom Gibson, CEO and Co-Owner, stated, “During recent times we have found it harder and harder to ignore the demand from customers for our product in areas of London where we don’t have a physical retail presence. Current times have also made it more difficult for many of our customers to get to our stores, so we felt the time was right to launch the delivery service”.

Provenance pride themselves on a strong, environmentally aware attitude, having only ever used paper carrier bags since they opened in 2013 being testament to this. More recently, the team have searched globally to find specialist food suppliers for 100% compostable packaging, and they are committed to rolling this out across the business by the end of summer. Bringing the high-quality customer experience to life within the new delivery service will be a huge challenge, but having opened four stores in six years, the Provenance team are not scared of a challenge.

Struan Robertson, COO and Co-Owner, commented, “We are really excited to be adding another layer to our growing butchery business. It is a natural step for us to be able to offer home deliveries and make it even more convenient for our customers to enjoy quality food. We are delighted to be able to feed families with tasty produce from our hand-picked suppliers”.
