The intricately crafted Silent Pool Gin will be taking over the indoor garden of the Hoxton Hotel, setting up a hub beautifully decorated in teal hues and botanical motifs, for a week-long programme of exciting events from Monday 24th October. The East London based celebration will be an immersive experience, which includes intimate tasting sessions, brunches, bespoke cocktails and award winning gin and tonic.

Master Distiller Cory Mason will be leading true blue juniper-juice lovers on a journey of discovery, sampling this carefully crafted, full bodied and fresh spirit born from the beautiful artisanal spring set within the Surrey Hills.

The exciting timetable of events also includes a series of brunches, where diners can tuck into the brand new Silent Pool, and will get the opportunity to sample Silent Pool’s very own newly-launched gin-infused salmon, infused salmon, fresh avocado.

Visitors will be welcome to prop up the bar, open daily. Featuring a range of drinks designed by Ian Goodman of Darkhorse restaurant, the menu will also include iconic classics such as the Red Snapper and Gin and Tonic. Guests staying at the Hoxton at any point throughout the run will also be gifted a complementary tipple to enjoy during their visit.

In addition, three of the area’s top destination bars will be offering specially designed cocktails to run in conjunction with the pop-up that will only be available during the week.
