Spring at Studio DDC

IMG_3216Spring at Studio DDC is a series of Springtime dinner parties by Disappearing Dining Club. Menus are at least six courses, include a welcome cocktail, and include dishes such as Rabbit, Leek & Truffle Terrine, Pan-Fried Bream with Chorizo & Saffron Aioli, Braised Lamb Shoulder with Black Cabbage and Snail Jus, Pea & Mint Granita, and Vanilla & Blood Orange Bavaroise. Menus will change from week to week as the season progresses and new ingredients join the season. Studio DDC is a brand new private dining, event, exhibition and photographic studio, inside a converted railway arch in Hoxton. Open only for DDC’s own and private dining event, Spring at Studio DDC is a showcase of what Disappearing Dining Club is all about; great food and drink in off-the-beatentrack spaces.

Tickets are £40, with a fully licensed bar selling wines and cocktails to accompany the Springtime menus. Tickets are now only available for the 7th and 8th of April.
