STK Ibiza returns to STK London – Review

STK Ibiza returns to STK London so we can pretend its Summer time already and do brunch with our pals American steakhouse style. This is the kind of place where you could go for a late morning brunch with a hangover and feel automatically energized and ready to party and have fun all over again. Live in the now c’mon party people! With the champagne flowing we ate mini burgers made from USDA (second highest graded beef with less fat than Prime) beef in brioche buns, mini braised octopus, fried kataifi tiger prawns, prime USDA beef sirloin cubes, truffle arrancini and patatas bravas.

If that wasn’t enough we were encouraged to extend our decadent brunch further and try the dark chocolate cremeux on Britany sable and a mini apple donut! As you guessed we found it impossible to decline. The portion sizes were really just petit perfect and I still had room for a sophisticated STK passionfruit Martini with vodka. Naughty I know!

Not much of a meat eater the mini burgers were a real treat for me and I totally get why they call the steak world-renowned, as it really is delicious. Vegan friends don’t judge! The octopus and olive salad was so refreshing and light and rated very high as a scrumptious Summer dish! The combination really is genius!

I can see why STK London is a popular fine dining hangout, as the steak and seafood cuisine is 5 star and the energy there is contagious. If going out is your thing then why not try STK London tucked away in the ME Hotel London, it will definitely uplift your mood and perk you up in general! The dimmed lighting and Ibiza-inspired beats will have you thinking of Summer parties all over again.
