The Ivy Soho Brasserie is delighted to reveal its colourful ‘Summer of Love’ campaign, in celebration of the reopening of indoor dining from Monday, 17 May. This summer, the restaurant will come alive with live DJ sets and entertainment nodding to the spirit of the swinging sixties, as well as a new and refreshing cocktail menu andselection of summer dishes to be enjoyed throughout the warmer months.

As the streets of Soho begin to heat up, The Ivy Soho Brasserie will offer a fun and carefree haven for Soho locals and visitors alike. Kicking off from Monday, 17 May, DJ sets will play 1960s-inspired beats guaranteed to get guests dancing The Watusi, The Loco-motion and The Twist long into the night. Fun-filled entertainment will continue throughout the summer.

With both indoor and alfresco dining back on the menu, guests will also be able to enjoy an array of refreshing Summer of Love cocktails. Four delectable tipples have been added to the menu, including; In The Groove (£10.95), incorporating a delicious blend of Grey Goose Vodka shaken with mint, lemon, sugar and topped with chilled Prosecco,Flower Power (£9.75), an eclectic blend of Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi Carta Blanca, Patron Silver and Blue Curacao with lemon juice and Fever-Tree Lemonade, I’m Only Dreaming (£10.95), a tequila-based twist on a classic Manhattan featuring Patron Reposado Tequila, orange bitters and garnished with a cherry, and last but not least,Swinging Spritz (£9.95), the perfect chill out tipple featuring Bombay Sapphire, Martini Rosato, pink grapefruit juice, Fever-Tree Soda Water and Prosecco.

Celebrating freedom and the continued re-opening of Soho, which is set to be the epicentre of summer celebrations in the heart of London, the brasserie’s all-day dining menu will be refreshed with a selection of summer dishes to be enjoyed both inside and outside on the coveted and much-loved terrace. Dishes will include tempura prawns with salt and pepper squid, Peruvian chicken with an avocado salad and jalapeño sauce, and a rum baba dessert, featuring plantation rum-soaked sponge with Chantilly cream and mouth-watering raspberries.
