Utopia Bagels is bringing its signature fresh New York-style bagels to the heart of Waterloo
Utopia Bagels, the legendary New York bakery institution, highly recommended by British foodie connoisseurs Jesse Burgess and Will Warr from TopJaw, has been unveiled as the latest pop-up in Truffle Burger and Friends culinary series. Available from Friday 25th July, this launch will begin with a special giveaway of free bagels for the first 500 guests who visit the pop-up from 4pm.
True to its roots, Utopia Bagels are hand-rolled, kettle-boiled and then baked in a 1947 carousel oven before being impeccably presented to diners. By blending the super-traditional baking process with delectably tasty toppings; the Utopia Bagel presents itself as the go-to meal for diners who seek a delicious dish with time-honoured heritage. For an authentic taste of New York in the heart of Waterloo, Utopia Bagels have prepared and handmade all bagels in their flagship shop in Whitestone, USA before shipping them over to the UK especially for this special occasion.
From its classic Bacon, egg and cheese bagel and Sausage, egg and cheese options, perfect for a quick breakfast or savoury brunch; to the delightfully scrumptious Worth It bagel, loaded with Nova Scotia salmon, swathes of cream cheese, juicy tomato, red onions and capers for a deliciously tasty combo that is as layered as it is satisfying. Additional highlights include a plain cream cheese bagel, topped with flavourful scallion cream cheese, smooth butter and lush jelly for that added mouthfeel. Honey-brown cooked hash browns are also available as an appetising side along with refreshing, freshly squeezed orange juice.
