Trader Vic’s at The Hilton park Lane, has teamed up with Vanessa Bolosier, the author of Creole Kitchen, to create a exotic pop-up menu to celebrate the summer launching on Friday 14th July.

Vanessa’s partnership with Executive Chef Shiran Fonseka is the latest in Trader Vic’s series of Island fusion menus. They will be bringing together the Trader Vic’s signature flavours alongside the exciting tastes of the French Caribbean and Polynesian cuisines, with Vanessa’s cooking taking its inspiration from the culture and heritage of Guadeloupe and Martinique where she spent her childhood years.

You can sample the set menu for £29 for 3 courses or the temptations of a sharing platter including stuffed crabs, saltfish fritters and green mango souskai. Try them paired with an extensive range of Trader Vic’s tropical cocktails.
