Coffee lovers, get ready for a one-off, immersive Art of the Espresso experience in London, with Breville, where guests can spill the beans on how coffee impacts their brain, exploring the cross over of coffee, creativity and science.
The half-hour experience, with Food Artist and Anthropologist Caroline Hobkinson, will see guests fitted with an electroencephalogram (EEG) headset, which will track the brains electrical activity as participants experience the ritual of drinking coffee. The brainwaves detected by the EEG will then be transformed into personalised, live art, to reflect the multi-sensory experience, which will be displayed across the gallery walls.
Guests must pre-book a slot to take part in the installation, which offers the rare chance to see how their own brain responds to caffeine.
Free coffees will be pouring all day too, at the Breville coffee bar, made to order from one of the three new stylish coffee machines; Barista Slimline Espresso Machine, the Barista Classic Espresso Machine and the Barista Sense Espresso Machine.
Each guests personalised piece of coffee-inspired art can be taken home and framed, the event is a must-attend for coffee and art lovers alike, and anyone who believes life starts after their first sip. If you want to know what coffee does to your brain, this is the place to be!
