Popular vegi haunt Redemption has unveiled its third London site, with the double-sided Seven Dials restaurant offering up guilt free food and drink. The newly launched space also features the world’s first alcohol-free cocktail bar, offering everything from non-alcoholic beers and wines to specially designed cocktails.
Mirroring that of the previously launched Notting Hill and Shoreditch sites, the new menu offers wholefood vegan, gluten-free dishes that are low in natural unrefined sugars, offering both lunch and dinner with a different offering for both. The new space also gives the option to take-away, allowing guests to build their own Buddha Bowl from a range of seasonal vegetables, fruit, pulse-based salads, nuts, seeds and homemade dips. Innovative new functional foods will also feature on the menu such as charcoal powder, pine pollen and medicinal mushrooms.
Anyone also attempting Dry January will be excited to see the non-alcoholic cocktail offering, such as the pious pina colada; lychee and yuzu martini; frozen pineapple margarita and the Redemption Royale. There will also be kombucha on tap and a selection of alcohol-free beers, wines and spirits.
As well as the launch of this third flagship site, Redemption is also celebrating publishing its first book: Redemption Bar Cocktails With Benefits; which is available in all major retailers and expected to fly off the shelves as a healthy stocking filler and to help people be creative at home with their Dry January and Veganuary health drives.
