A multi-sensory tasting experience

Ferrero Rocher: Behind the Layers experience is the perfect gift this festive season. This exclusive pop-up will immerse guests in a multi-sensory tasting adventure through delicious mini-desserts inspired by the five layers of Ferrero Rocher. Guests will start in the golden bar and lounge where they will discover delectable drinks created by mixology maestros, Liquid Chefs.

Paul Hannagen, celebrated chef and gastronomic mastermind, honours the unique combinations that make a Ferrero Rocher so special. Paul has created five delicious mini-desserts, all hand-made in front of guests. Each dessert shows homage to the iconic layers of whole hazelnut, smooth chocolate, crispy wafer, hazelnut pieces and glittering gold.

Visitors will also be able to purchase Ferrero Rochers with personalised calligraphy labels created by hand as gifts for Christmas, or just for themselves. The bar will also be open to those that haven’t been lucky enough to get tickets so everyone can enjoy a Ferrero Rocher Christmas.
