Balance Festival

Balance Festival is just around the corner, returning to the Old Truman brewery from 10th – 12th May.

Balance Festival has a great line up of talks, workshops and some killer workouts, and lets not get started on yummy nutritional food they will be dishing up! You can book yourself into a workout with some global fitness superstars. You will find the likes of Barry’s Bootcamp, Another_Space, Boom Cycle, Third Space, BLOK, and that’s just to name a few.

If you want a more relaxing day, skip the workouts and get yourself booked into a yoga class, meditation or join a sound and breathwork technique workshop, getting you to that zen state of mind.
 
Standard admission tickets are priced from £24.50 for day tickets and from £50 for VIP day tickets. Weekend VIP entry is £90 and yes that does include a goody bag and limited edition T-Shirt!
